Hi, I’m Rika, a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor leading MOMOQ Pilates Brisbane.

After overcoming my own back and sciatic pain, I now support clients—particularly those transitioning from rehabilitation or recovering from injury, as well as those managing persistent pain—in rebuilding strength and confidence through structured, individualised Pilates programs.

My sessions are guided by current movement science guidelines, focusing on safe progression and long-term well-being.

I aim to create a calm and supportive environment where you feel safe to move, gradually restore capacity, and build resilience for daily life.

Sessions are conducted in English and Japanese.
